Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce

  • salmon fillets
  • lemons
  • bunch of fresh dill
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  • cloves of garlic
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Juice 1 lemon and slice the other one.
  3. 3 Finely chop the dill and mix with the lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4 Place the salmon fillets on a piece of aluminum foil. Place a few slices of lemon on each fillet and spoon some of the dill-lemon mixture over them.
