Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil them in a pot of water until soft.
  3. 3 While the sweet potatoes are cooking, rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry. Brush them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4 Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  5. 5 Drain the cooked sweet potatoes and mash them with a fork or potato masher. Add the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6 Steam the broccoli until bright green and just tender.
