200 grams whole wheat flour

50 ml vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey

50 grams chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a muffin tin with some oil or use paper muffin liners.

Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla extract and mix well.

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add this mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the muffins.
