  • 200 grams whole wheat flour

  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • tablespoon honey
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams chopped walnuts
  • teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a muffin tin with some oil or use paper muffin liners.
  2. 2 Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla extract and mix well.
