  • tablespoons cocoa powder
  • tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  •  Fruit and grated dark chocolate for topping

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  2. 2 Scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a blender or food processor.
  3. 3 Add the cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. 4 Blend until everything is well combined and the mousse has a nice, creamy consistency. Taste and add more honey or cocoa if needed. It will be perfect!
