Healthy Club Sandwich
A healthy version of the classic club sandwich. Made with whole grain bread, turkey breast, avocado, and a light lemon mayonnaise. Perfect for lunch and easy to take with you!
Ingredients

8 slices whole grain bread

200 grams turkey breast

1 ripe avocado

2 tomatoes

4 lettuce leaves

2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Toast the whole grain bread in a toaster until crispy and golden brown.

Slice the tomatoes and avocado into thin slices.

Mix the light mayonnaise with the lemon juice in a small bowl.

Place a slice of bread on a plate and spread with some of the lemon mayonnaise. Top with a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, turkey breast, and avocado. Repeat this process and finish with a third slice of bread. This is a sandwich, so no stress, each layer adds extra flavor!
