  • slices whole grain bread
  • 200 grams turkey breast
  • ripe avocado
  • tomatoes
  • lettuce leaves
  • tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • teaspoon lemon juice
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Toast the whole grain bread in a toaster until crispy and golden brown.
  2. 2 Slice the tomatoes and avocado into thin slices.
  3. 3 Mix the light mayonnaise with the lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. 4 Place a slice of bread on a plate and spread with some of the lemon mayonnaise. Top with a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, turkey breast, and avocado. Repeat this process and finish with a third slice of bread. This is a sandwich, so no stress, each layer adds extra flavor!
  5. 5 Make the other sandwiches in the same way.
  6. 6 Serve immediately or wrap in foil to take with you.
