Ingredients

  • 400 grams chicken breast
  • large cucumber
  • large tomatoes
  • red onion
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • handful of olives
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the chicken breast into pieces and fry them in a pan with a little oil until cooked through.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, cut the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into pieces.
  3. 3 Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it to the vegetables along with the olives.
  4. 4 Make a dressing with the olive oil, red wine vinegar, pepper, salt, and oregano.
