Healthy Greek salad with chicken and feta
A super fresh, crunchy salad full of proteins and healthy fats. Delicious as a light lunch or dinner. The combination of crunchy vegetables, soft feta, and juicy chicken is absolutely heavenly. No stress, this will be a treat!
Ingredients

400 grams chicken breast

1 large cucumber

4 large tomatoes

1 red onion

200 grams feta cheese

1 handful of olives

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon oregano
Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into pieces and fry them in a pan with a little oil until cooked through.

Meanwhile, cut the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into pieces.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it to the vegetables along with the olives.

Make a dressing with the olive oil, red wine vinegar, pepper, salt, and oregano.

Add the cooked chicken to the salad and pour the dressing over it. Mix well and your delicious Greek salad is ready. Enjoy!
