Healthy Oat Pancakes with Banana and Honey

2 ripe bananas

2 tbsp honey

Coconut oil for cooking

Extra toppings of your choice (e.g. nuts, seeds, fresh fruit, yogurt)

Put the oats in a blender and mix until it becomes a fine flour.

Add the bananas, eggs, honey, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, and mix until smooth batter.

Heat a little coconut oil in a pan and scoop a spoonful of batter into it. Cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
