Healthy Oat Pancakes with Fresh Blueberries

1 medium banana

1 cup fresh blueberries

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Put the oatmeal, banana, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender and mix until smooth batter.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and scoop a spoonful of the batter into it.

Cook the pancake over medium-high heat until the top starts to bubble, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
