  • 200 grams of oats
  • 400 ml almond milk
  • ripe bananas
  • eggs
  • teaspoon of cinnamon
  • teaspoon of baking powder
  •  A pinch of salt
  •  Fresh fruit of your choice for topping

Instructions

  1. 1 Put the oats, almond milk, bananas, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth batter forms.
  2. 2 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and scoop a spoonful of batter into it. Cook the pancake over medium heat until the top is dry and then flip it. Cook the other side until golden brown.
  3. 3 Repeat this process until the batter is finished. You should have about 8 pancakes.
