400 ml almond milk
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Fresh fruit of your choice for topping

Instructions
1Put the oats, almond milk, bananas, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth batter forms.
2Heat a little oil in a frying pan and scoop a spoonful of batter into it. Cook the pancake over medium heat until the top is dry and then flip it. Cook the other side until golden brown.
3Repeat this process until the batter is finished. You should have about 8 pancakes.
