  • tablespoons Greek yogurt
  •  A handful of fresh mint leaves for decoration

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. 2 Peel the pears, remove the core, and cut them into cubes.
  3. 3 In a bowl, mix the pear cubes, honey, and cinnamon.
  4. 4 Spread the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle the granola on top.
  5. 5 Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown and crispy and the pears are soft.
