Healthy Pear Cinnamon Granola Crumble
A delicious, healthy dessert that is also perfect for a treat at breakfast. The sweet, spiced pear provides a tasty contrast to the crunchy, nutritious granola. It's easy to make, so no stress!

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

200 g granola

4 tablespoons Greek yogurt

A handful of fresh mint leaves for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel the pears, remove the core, and cut them into cubes.

In a bowl, mix the pear cubes, honey, and cinnamon.

Spread the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle the granola on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown and crispy and the pears are soft.
