Healthy Quinoa Salad with Grilled Chicken and Avocado Dressing

200 g cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions.

Meanwhile, grill the chicken breast in a grill pan until cooked through and nicely grilled. Slice the chicken into thin slices.

Make the avocado dressing by pureeing the avocado, lemon juice, and olive oil in a blender. Season with salt and pepper.
