  • salmon fillets
  • bunches of green asparagus
  • large sweet potatoes
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  • clove of garlic
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into pieces. Cook them in a pan with water and salt until they are soft.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon fillets with a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4 Trim the bottom of the asparagus and cook them in another pan with water and salt for 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5 Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them with a masher. Add a clove of garlic for extra flavor.
  6. 6 Serve the salmon fillets with the asparagus and the sweet potato puree. It will be just perfect!
