Healthy Salmon Fillet with Green Asparagus and Sweet Potato Puree

4 salmon fillets

2 bunches of green asparagus

4 large sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 clove of garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into pieces. Cook them in a pan with water and salt until they are soft.

Meanwhile, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon fillets with a bit of salt and pepper to taste.

Trim the bottom of the asparagus and cook them in another pan with water and salt for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them with a masher. Add a clove of garlic for extra flavor.

Serve the salmon fillets with the asparagus and the sweet potato puree. It will be just perfect!
