  • kg sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 150 g soft goat cheese
  • onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • tbsp olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
