Healthy Vegetable Soup
With this simple and healthy vegetable soup, you'll get a generous portion of vegetables. It's easy to make and incredibly tasty. Perfect for a cold day, or as a light meal in the summer. No stress, you can do this!

2 cloves of garlic

3 carrots

2 stalks of celery

1 zucchini

1 liter vegetable broth

2 bay leaves

salt and pepper to taste

Cut the onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and zucchini into small pieces. This adds extra flavor and makes it easier to eat.

Heat a little oil in a large pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes. This prevents it from burning.

Add the vegetable broth and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.

Let the soup simmer gently for about 20 minutes, until all the vegetables are tender.
