  • stalks of celery
  • zucchini
  • liter vegetable broth
  • bay leaves
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and zucchini into small pieces. This adds extra flavor and makes it easier to eat.
  2. 2 Heat a little oil in a large pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. 3 Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes. This prevents it from burning.
