Healthy Whole Wheat Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

300 grams whole wheat spaghetti

500 grams lean ground beef

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

2 carrots, diced

2 stalks of celery, diced

1 can of diced tomatoes (400 grams)

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

1 teaspoon of oregano

Instructions

Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the carrots and celery and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for at least 20 minutes, the longer the better the flavors will blend.
