Rinse the quinoa in a sieve under cold water until the water running out is clear.

Put the quinoa in a pan, add the almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract, and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is soft and most of the liquid is absorbed.
