Italian Risotto with Grilled Chicken and Green Asparagus

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with pepper and salt. Grill the chicken in a grill pan until golden brown and cooked through.

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and cut the asparagus into pieces. Sauté the asparagus in a pan with a little olive oil until crispy.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a large pan with some olive oil.
