  • 300 grams Arborio rice
  • chicken breasts
  • 500 grams green asparagus
  • liter chicken broth
  • onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese
  •  Olive oil
  •  Pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with pepper and salt. Grill the chicken in a grill pan until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. 2 Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and cut the asparagus into pieces. Sauté the asparagus in a pan with a little olive oil until crispy.
