4 large, ripe tomatoes

2 buffalo mozzarella balls

1 bunch of fresh basil

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 red onion

Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Peel the red onion and slice it into thin rings. Slice the avocado.

Slice the mozzarella.
