Light and Fresh Tuna Salad Wrap
A delicious, easy-to-make wrap filled with a light and fresh tuna salad. Perfect for a summer lunch or a picnic in the park. No stress, if you've ever made a sandwich, you can do this too!
Ingredients

4 whole wheat wraps

2 cans of tuna in water

1 red onion, finely chopped

2 stalks of celery, finely chopped

4 tablespoons of light mayonnaise

Juice of half a lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped

Handful of fresh basil, finely chopped

2 cups of mixed salad
Instructions

Drain the tuna and place it in a large bowl.

Add the finely chopped red onion and celery.

Mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice into the tuna, onion, and celery. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the chopped parsley and basil and mix well.

Divide the tuna salad among the four wraps.

Add a handful of mixed salad to each wrap.

Roll up the wraps tightly, cut in half, and serve. It will turn out great!
