Light and Fresh Tuna Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  • whole wheat wraps
  • cans of tuna in water
  • red onion, finely chopped
  • stalks of celery, finely chopped
  • tablespoons of light mayonnaise
  •  Juice of half a lemon
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  •  Handful of fresh basil, finely chopped
  • cups of mixed salad

Instructions

  1. 1 Drain the tuna and place it in a large bowl.
  2. 2 Add the finely chopped red onion and celery.
  3. 3 Mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice into the tuna, onion, and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Add the chopped parsley and basil and mix well.
  5. 5 Divide the tuna salad among the four wraps.
  6. 6 Add a handful of mixed salad to each wrap.
  7. 7 Roll up the wraps tightly, cut in half, and serve. It will turn out great!
