Ingredients

  • whole wheat wraps
  • 200 g cooked quinoa
  • red bell pepper, diced
  • cucumber, diced
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100 g mixed greens
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  •  juice of 1 lemon
  • tbsp olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing.

  4. 4 Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and quinoa.
