Ingredients

  • 200 grams of oatmeal
  • 400 ml almond milk
  • bananas
  • 150 grams of blueberries
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • tablespoons of honey
  • teaspoon of cinnamon
  •  a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Put the oatmeal in a large bowl.
  3. 3 Mash the bananas and add them to the oatmeal along with the almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. 4 Stir everything together well.
  5. 5 Chop the walnuts into pieces and add them to the oatmeal mixture along with the blueberries.
  6. 6 Stir well again.
  7. 7 Grease a cake tin and pour the oatmeal mixture into it.
  8. 8 Bake the cake for about 30 minutes in the oven until done. Let it cool for a bit afterwards.
