Oatmeal Breakfast Cake with Blueberries and Walnuts

200 grams of oatmeal

400 ml almond milk

2 bananas

150 grams of blueberries

50 grams of walnuts

2 tablespoons of honey

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

a pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Put the oatmeal in a large bowl.

Mash the bananas and add them to the oatmeal along with the almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt.

Stir everything together well.

Chop the walnuts into pieces and add them to the oatmeal mixture along with the blueberries.

Stir well again.

Grease a cake tin and pour the oatmeal mixture into it.

Bake the cake for about 30 minutes in the oven until done. Let it cool for a bit afterwards.
