Ingredients

  • 200 grams of tofu
  • cups of cooked rice
  • carrot, diced
  • red bell pepper, diced
  • spring onions, sliced
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • tablespoons of soy sauce
  • tablespoon of sesame oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • teaspoon of chili flakes (optional)
  • tablespoons of sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. 2 Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3 Add the tofu and cook until crispy and golden brown.
  4. 4 Add the garlic, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5 Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and spring onions. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6 Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
