200 grams of tofu
2 cups of cooked rice
1 carrot, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 spring onions, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of chili flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

Instructions
1Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry with kitchen paper.
2Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
3Add the tofu and cook until crispy and golden brown.
