  • avocado
  • red onion

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries. Place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika powder and sea salt.
  2. 2 Bake the sweet potato fries in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. 3 While the fries are baking, brush the portobellos clean and remove the stems. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill them in a hot grill pan for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are soft and juicy.
