Powerful Chickpea Salad with Roasted Vegetables

200 g mixed greens

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the zucchini and bell peppers into pieces and place them in a large baking dish along with the cherry tomatoes and chickpeas.

Mix the olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper with the vegetables and chickpeas. Make sure everything is well coated.
