Quark Cake with Raspberries and Chocolate
A deliciously fresh quark cake with raspberries and a crunchy chocolate base. This dessert is not only a feast for the eyes, but also for the taste buds. And the best part of all, you don't have to bake! It's all good!

500 grams of low-fat quark

200 ml of whipped cream

250 grams of fresh raspberries

8 sheets of gelatin

Crumble the cookies in a food processor. Add the melted butter and mix well. This will be the base of the cake.

Press the cookie mixture into a cake tin and let it set in the refrigerator.

Soak the gelatin in cold water. In the meantime, heat a small amount of cream and dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it.

Mix the quark with the sugar and the gelatin-cream mixture. Whip the remaining cream until stiff and fold it into the quark mixture.

Spread the quark mixture over the cookie base and let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and spread it over the set quark layer. Let the chocolate harden in the refrigerator.
