Quick and Delicious Pasta Pesto
An easy, flavorful, and healthy recipe, perfect for when you're short on time but still want to prepare a nutritious meal. It's a classic pasta pesto with a twist of fresh vegetables.

200 g pasta (choose your favorite)

2 cloves of garlic

1 bunch of fresh basil

50 g pine nuts

100 g Parmesan cheese

Olive oil

200 g cherry tomatoes

200 g fresh spinach

Salt and pepper to taste

First, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Don't stress, cooking pasta is easy!

While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the garlic and basil. This will add extra flavor.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over medium-high heat until they are golden brown. Be careful, they should not burn!

In a blender, mix the garlic, basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, a splash of olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth. If you don't have a blender, you can chop and mix everything. It will work out just fine!

Heat a splash of olive oil in a pan and sauté the cherry tomatoes until they soften.

Add the spinach and stir-fry until the spinach is wilted.

Drain the pasta and mix with the pesto, tomatoes, and spinach. Enjoy your meal!
