  • medium ripe avocados, diced
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • red onion, finely chopped
  • tomatoes, diced
  • bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • lemon, juiced
  • tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste
