Ingredients

  • 200 grams couscous
  • zucchini
  • red bell pepper
  • yellow bell pepper
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • lemon
  •  Fresh basil leaves
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Bring water to a boil for the couscous. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the couscous. Let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
