Refreshing Lemon Raspberry Sorbet
A light and refreshing dessert that is perfect for a hot summer day. This lemon raspberry sorbet is surprisingly easy to make but incredibly flavorful. The raspberries and lemon provide a perfect balance of sweet and sour. Enjoy this delicious treat!
Ingredients

450 grams fresh raspberries

Juice and zest of 2 lemons

200 grams sugar

250 ml water
Instructions

Puree the raspberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the raspberry puree and mix well.

Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until all the sugar is dissolved.

Add the sugar water to the raspberry puree and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer.

Stir the mixture every 30 minutes with a fork until completely frozen. This takes about 3-4 hours.

Serve the sorbet in beautiful bowls or glasses. Optionally garnish with extra raspberries and a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
