Ingredients

  • 450 grams fresh raspberries
  •  Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

  1. 1 Puree the raspberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. 2 Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the raspberry puree and mix well.
  3. 3 Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until all the sugar is dissolved.
  4. 4 Add the sugar water to the raspberry puree and mix well.
  5. 5 Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer.
  6. 6 Stir the mixture every 30 minutes with a fork until completely frozen. This takes about 3-4 hours.
  7. 7 Serve the sorbet in beautiful bowls or glasses. Optionally garnish with extra raspberries and a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
