200 grams whole wheat biscuits
75 grams melted butter
500 grams low-fat quark
2 bananas
250 grams strawberries
6 sheets of gelatin
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
1Crumble the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. This will be the base of your cake.
2Press the biscuit mixture into a greased springform pan and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
3Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Meanwhile, puree the bananas and half of the strawberries. Slice the remaining strawberries for decoration.
4Heat the honey in a saucepan and dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it.
5Mix the quark with the banana-strawberry mixture and add the gelatin. Stir well.
6Pour the quark filling onto the biscuit base and smooth it out. Decorate with the strawberry slices.
7Let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
