  • 100 grams butter
  • 400 grams lentils
  • cloves of garlic
  • tablespoon olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoon coriander seeds
  • tablespoon cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Season the seabass fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet. Roast them for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  3. 3 While the fish is in the oven, prepare the lentils. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds. Stir for a few minutes until the garlic is golden brown.
