800 g floury potatoes

200 ml milk

50 g butter

2 tablespoons mustard

1 bunch of fresh dill

1 lemon

Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water until tender.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the salmon fillets for 12-15 minutes, depending on their thickness.

Meanwhile, make the dill mustard sauce. Melt the butter in a pan, add the mustard and chopped dill. Stir well and let simmer for a few minutes.

Drain the potatoes and mash them with the milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the salmon fillet with a generous spoonful of mashed potatoes and pour the dill mustard sauce over it. Finish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
