  • salmon fillets
  • 800 g floury potatoes
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g butter
  • tablespoons mustard
  • bunch of fresh dill
  • lemon
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water until tender.
  2. 2 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the salmon fillets for 12-15 minutes, depending on their thickness.
