Simple Pasta Pesto
A delicious and simple recipe for pasta pesto that even the most novice cook can follow. No stress, you can do it!
Ingredients

200 grams of spaghetti

2 cloves of garlic

50 grams of pine nuts

50 grams of fresh basil

50 grams of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

100 ml of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.

Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions.

Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown.

Peel the garlic and place it in a food processor or blender along with the pine nuts, basil, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.

Blend until you have a smooth pesto. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the pasta but reserve a cup of the cooking water.
