  • 200 ml cream
  •  Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • tablespoon butter
  •  Finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 Toss the broccoli with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the broccoli evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. 3 Roast the broccoli in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
