  • can of lentils (400 grams)
  • large onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • red chili pepper
  • teaspoons cumin
  • teaspoon turmeric
  • liter vegetable broth
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and red chili pepper. Don't stress, they don't have to be perfect!
  2. 2 2. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onion, garlic, and red chili pepper. Cook until the onion is translucent.
