Ingredients

  • 400 g shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • tablespoons Thai green curry paste
  • 200 g sugar snaps
  • red bell pepper, sliced
  • onion, chopped
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • lime, cut into wedges
  •  Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft and fragrant.
