Spinach Lasagna with Tofu and Tomato Sauce
This delicious spinach lasagna is a wonderful treat for the whole family. It is filled with healthy spinach, tofu, and a homemade tomato sauce. Perfect for a cozy night at home. No stress! It's easier to make than you think.
Ingredients

400 grams fresh spinach

200 grams tofu

4 cloves of garlic

1 onion

2 cans of diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

12 lasagna sheets

100 grams grated cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in a pan with the remaining olive oil.

Add the diced tomatoes to the pan with onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the spinach and let it wilt. Then add the fried tofu.

Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with lasagna sheets. Repeat until all ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of tomato sauce.

Sprinkle the top with the grated cheese.

Bake the lasagna in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling. It will turn out perfectly!
