Spinach Lasagna with Tofu and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 grams fresh spinach
  • 200 grams tofu
  • cloves of garlic
  • onion
  • cans of diced tomatoes
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • 100 grams grated cheese

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Cut the tofu into cubes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
  3. 3 Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in a pan with the remaining olive oil.
  4. 4 Add the diced tomatoes to the pan with onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5 Add the spinach and let it wilt. Then add the fried tofu.
  6. 6 Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with lasagna sheets. Repeat until all ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of tomato sauce.

  8. 8 Bake the lasagna in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling. It will turn out perfectly!
