  • 400 grams turkey breast
  • red bell pepper
  • cucumber
  • red onion
  • tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • teaspoon mustard
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the turkey breast in a pan with water until fully cooked. This takes about 20-25 minutes.
