  • red pointed peppers
  • 200 grams bulgur
  • 200 grams feta
  • onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  •  Bunch of parsley
  • tbsp olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Cut the pointed peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. 3 Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions on the packaging.
  4. 4 Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  5. 5 Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and finely chop the parsley.
  6. 6 Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
