Stuffed Pointed Peppers with Bulgur and Feta

200 grams bulgur

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut the pointed peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions on the packaging.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and finely chop the parsley.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.

Add the bulgur, cherry tomatoes, and half of the parsley and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
