Summer Couscous Salad
A fresh and colorful salad, perfect for those hot summer days. It is super easy to make and packed with flavor! No stress, if you can mix it, you can make it!

1 cucumber

200 grams cherry tomatoes

1 red bell pepper

100 grams feta cheese

Bring 250 ml of water to a boil. Put the couscous in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. This will make the couscous nice and fluffy!
