  • 200 grams couscous
  • cucumber
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • red bell pepper
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  •  Handful of fresh mint
  •  Juice of 1 lemon
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Bring 250 ml of water to a boil. Put the couscous in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. This will make the couscous nice and fluffy!
