  • fresh mangoes
  • 200 grams strawberries
  • tablespoons honey
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  •  Mint leaves for decoration

Instructions

  1. 1 Start by peeling the mangoes and cutting them into cubes.
  2. 2 Put the mango cubes in a blender and blend until smooth puree forms.
  3. 3 Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the mango puree and mix well.
  4. 4 Wash the strawberries and slice them thinly.
  5. 5 Whip the cream until stiff peaks form in a separate bowl.
  6. 6 Carefully fold the mango puree into the whipped cream and mix well, making sure the cream retains its lightness.
  7. 7 Spread half of the mango mousse into a cake pan and layer the strawberry slices on top.
  8. 8 Then spread the remaining mousse over the strawberries.
  9. 9 Place the ice cream cake in the freezer for at least 6 hours to set.
  10. 10 Remove the ice cream cake from the freezer just before serving and decorate with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
