4 fresh mangoes
200 grams strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
200 ml whipped cream
Mint leaves for decoration

Instructions
1Start by peeling the mangoes and cutting them into cubes.
2Put the mango cubes in a blender and blend until smooth puree forms.
3Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the mango puree and mix well.
4Wash the strawberries and slice them thinly.
5Whip the cream until stiff peaks form in a separate bowl.
6Carefully fold the mango puree into the whipped cream and mix well, making sure the cream retains its lightness.
7Spread half of the mango mousse into a cake pan and layer the strawberry slices on top.
8Then spread the remaining mousse over the strawberries.
9Place the ice cream cake in the freezer for at least 6 hours to set.
10Remove the ice cream cake from the freezer just before serving and decorate with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
