Tasty Oatmeal Pancakes with Blueberries
Start your day right with these delicious, nutritious, and easy-to-make oatmeal pancakes with blueberries. They're light, soft, and full of flavor — the perfect way to kick off your morning!
Ingredients

200 grams of oats

250 ml of milk (plant-based is fine too)

2 eggs

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

200 grams of fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon coconut oil (for frying)

Optional: Greek yogurt and extra honey for topping
Instructions

Place the oats, milk, eggs, honey, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Heat one tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Spoon some batter into the pan for each pancake. Sprinkle a few blueberries on top.

Cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until all batter is used. Don’t worry, it’ll turn out great!
