Ingredients

  • 200 grams of oats
  • 250 ml of milk (plant-based is fine too)
  • eggs
  • tablespoon honey
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon baking powder
  •  Pinch of salt
  • 200 grams of fresh blueberries
  • tablespoon coconut oil (for frying)
  •  Optional: Greek yogurt and extra honey for topping

Instructions

  1. 1 Place the oats, milk, eggs, honey, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
