Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in some olive oil.

Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.

Add the quinoa, feta, paprika powder, pepper, and salt to the onion and garlic and mix well.
