Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chicken breast, diced
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  • red bell pepper, diced
  • yellow bell pepper, diced
  • onion, sliced
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of cashews
  • tablespoons of soy sauce
  • tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • tablespoon of honey
  •  Optional: fresh cilantro and lime wedges

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
