  • liter vegetable broth

  •  salt and pepper to taste
  •  handful of fresh basil

Instructions

  1. 1 1. Cut the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and bell pepper into pieces.
  2. 2 2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft. Don't stress, it doesn't have to be perfect!
