  •  For the burgers:
  • 500 grams of ground turkey
  • egg
  • 50 grams of whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • clove of garlic, minced
  • small onion, finely chopped
  • teaspoon of paprika powder
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  For the BBQ sauce:
  • 200 ml of ketchup
  • tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • tablespoon of brown sugar
  • teaspoon of mustard
  • teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  •  A pinch of smoked paprika

Instructions
