Vega Mexican Stuffed Peppers

4 large red bell peppers

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cook the whole grain rice according to the package instructions.

Meanwhile, cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds. Place them in a baking dish.
