  • 200 g buckwheat flour
  • eggs
  • 500 ml almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • apples
  • tablespoons honey
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  •  Coconut oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1 1. Mix the buckwheat flour, eggs, almond milk, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth batter forms.
  2. 2 2. Slice the apples thinly.
  3. 3 3. Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the apple slices until soft.
  4. 4 4. Add the honey and cinnamon to the apples in the pan and let caramelize for another 2 minutes.
