  • 200 g flat rice noodles
  • 200 g firm tofu
  • red bell peppers
  • carrots
  • 200 g sugar snap peas
  • spring onions
  • tablespoons sunflower oil
  • cloves of garlic
  •  For the sauce:
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  • tablespoon tamarind paste
  • tablespoon palm sugar
  •  Optional: peanuts and fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the tofu into cubes and the vegetables into strips.
  2. 2 Make the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, tamarind paste, and palm sugar well.
  3. 3 Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet and add the garlic. Stir-fry briefly.
  4. 4 Add the tofu and cook until it has a golden brown crust.
