2 red bell peppers

2 carrots

200 g sugar snap peas

For the sauce:

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon tamarind paste

1 tablespoon palm sugar

Optional: peanuts and fresh coriander for garnish

Cut the tofu into cubes and the vegetables into strips.

Make the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, tamarind paste, and palm sugar well.

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet and add the garlic. Stir-fry briefly.

Add the tofu and cook until it has a golden brown crust.
