  • 200 g sushi rice
  • tablespoons rice vinegar
  • teaspoons sugar
  • block of tofu
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  • mango
  • cucumber
  • avocado
  • 100 g edamame beans
  •  Black sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 Mix the rice vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Mix this with the cooked rice.
  3. 3 Cut the tofu into cubes and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Add the soy sauce and cook until the tofu is crispy.
