2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 mango

1 cucumber

100 g edamame beans

Instructions

Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the rice vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Mix this with the cooked rice.

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Add the soy sauce and cook until the tofu is crispy.
